How much do your services cost?
Our pricing depends on the size of your home and the type of treatment needed. We offer competitive, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Call or text us at (832) 969-7279 for a free quote tailored to your property.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
Do you offer a price match guarantee?

Do you offer any discounts?

Do you require a contract?
No long-term contracts required. We earn your business every visit. We do offer optional recurring plans that come with additional savings and warranty coverage.

How do I schedule a treatment?
The easiest way is to call or text us at (832) 969-7279. You can also reach us through the chat on our website. We'll find a time that works for your schedule.
How quickly can you come out?
We work hard to accommodate same-day or next-day appointments whenever possible. For urgent pest situations, call us and we'll do our best to get to you quickly.
Do I need to be home during the treatment?
For interior treatments, we do ask that someone be present to let us in. For exterior-only treatments, you do not need to be home as long as we can access the yard.
How long does a treatment take?
Most treatments take between 15 to 30 minutes depending on the size of your home and the services being performed. We'll give you a more accurate estimate when you book.
Do I need to do anything to prepare for the treatment?
For interior treatments we recommend:
  • Clearing clutter from baseboards and under sinks
  • Putting away pet food and water bowls
  • Keeping pets and children away from treated areas until dry
We'll walk you through any specific prep when you book.
Warranty & Guarantees
Do you offer a warranty on your services?
Yes — we warranty everything we do. If pests return between scheduled treatments, we'll come back and retreat at no additional charge. Your satisfaction is our priority.
What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers a re-treatment if the same pest issue returns after our service. It applies to the specific pests and areas treated during your original service visit.
Are your products safe for my family and pets?
Absolutely. We use products that are proven safe for families and pets when applied correctly. Our technicians are trained to apply treatments responsibly, and we'll let you know when it's safe to re-enter treated areas.
